Brand & Partner Usage Guidelines

Thank you for helping us protect the Flinker brand. These guidelines explain how our name, logo, and product names may be used.

Trademarks

The Flinker name, logo, and product names — including ISO 19650 App, IFC Viewer, and Flinker Protect — are trademarks of Flinker GmbH. Use of these marks requires prior written approval.

What requires written approval

  • Referencing Flinker products or pricing in customer proposals or offers
  • Using the Flinker name or logo on your website, marketing materials, or presentations
  • Claiming any form of partnership, certification, or affiliation with Flinker

To request approval, contact partner@flinker.app.

Deal registration

If you are introducing Flinker to a potential customer, register the deal before submitting any proposal that includes Flinker products or pricing.

Email partner@flinker.app with:

  • Customer name and contact
  • Estimated project scope
  • Planned proposal date

Unregistered deals do not qualify for partner protection, referral commissions, or preferred pricing.

Official partner status

Claiming to be a "Flinker Partner" or "Flinker Certified Partner" is only permitted after completing Flinker's partner certification process.

Consultants who work with Flinker products without certification may describe themselves as working with Flinker — but may not imply an official partnership.

Pricing

Flinker license pricing is published at flinker.app/pricing. Only current published prices may be referenced in customer proposals. Flinker GmbH is the sole vendor of record for all licenses.
