We are a hybrid remote team with co-working flinker hubs in Munich, Meran (South Tyrol) and Frankfurt am Main. We have big goals and want to make mega projects manageable for real estate investors and also much more sustainable for our environment.

About us

A bit of magic

Flinker is a novel project space application for large construction projects or mega real estate projects.

Instead of real estate project stakeholders such as project developers, engineers, architects or construction companies being active in closed data and software environments, where they laboriously exchange construction plans via emails, we are finally remedying the situation.

Flinker simplifies project management processes and provides networked project rooms in Microsoft Teams. The project rooms are a central place of work and all teams involved in the project can magically easily coordinate and coordinate.

And that directly in the Microsoft ecosystem. Why in the Microsoft ecosystem now? Isn't that completely “old-school”?

Since we ourselves are civil engineers and digital consultants with many years of experience, we know that an extremely effective solution from practice for practice is favored by very large companies in Microsoft. Our first customers confirm this to us every day. We're making this really big and super sexy. ✊

In the construction and real estate industries, Microsoft is the absolute standard application for project management. Do you have any further questions?

What does the application process look like?

Your documents are usually followed by a video interview with a member of our recruiting team or a short online test. This is followed by an initial personal discussion with the specialist department. Depending on the position, this will be followed by a further interview, for which we will send you a small case in advance. We always provide you with necessary and helpful information during the process.

Who takes part in the interviews?

The first interview usually takes place with the recruiter. During the second interview, we would also like to give you the opportunity to get to know the hiring manager for the position. If further interviews are included in the process, you will get to know other team members - but we will let you know who exactly will be present before each interview.

Can I also apply for multiple jobs?

If several jobs match your previous experience and qualifications, you are welcome to apply multiple times.

I'm a student - can I still work at Flinker?

Yes, you can. You can find the currently open working student positions in the job overview. You can also apply for an internship on your own initiative.

What happens to my data?
