No, never. We use a hard cap model — when you reach your limit, the viewer pauses, prompting an upgrade. You decide when to upgrade. No surprise bills.

Yes. Annual pre-pay is available on Growth and above with a 10% discount. Minimum subscription term is 12 months after the pilot period.

The one-time fee of €2,000 – €4,000 covers technical setup, configuration, an integration guide, and user acceptance testing (UAT). It is required for all plans and ensures a smooth go-live.
